Terms
These terms apply when you order books from this website.
Orders
After you place an order, our team calls to confirm it. If a book is out of stock or a price is wrong, we will tell you and may change or cancel the order.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The price confirmed with you is final.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. Orders of 10 books or more ship free. For other orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout or confirmed by phone. Books usually arrive within two days of confirmation.
Payment
Cash on delivery: pay when your books arrive. Mobile banking (when available): pay, then enter the transaction ID; we check it and confirm your order.
Returns
If a book has a printing fault, arrives damaged or is the wrong book, tell us within 3 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund you.
eBook subscription
A subscription lets you read every eBook in our library online, for the time you paid for. eBooks are for your own reading only: they cannot be downloaded, printed, copied or shared, and each page shows your name and email. We may close an account that shares its access.
Renewal and stopping
Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you stop renewing in My account → My eBooks; you keep reading until the end of the time already paid. Subscriptions paid by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or an access code do not renew by themselves. For questions about a refund, contact us.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may close accounts that are misused.
