How your books reach you, what it costs, and how returns work.
Where we deliver
All over Bangladesh, to your door by courier.
Delivery charge
Free on orders of 10 books or more. For other orders the charge is shown at checkout or told to you when we call to confirm.
How long it takes
Usually 2–4 days after your order is confirmed. Remote districts can take a little longer.
Payment
Cash on delivery: pay when the books arrive. bKash or Nagad: if you choose it at checkout, pay and enter the transaction ID.
Cancelling
Call or WhatsApp us before the books are sent to cancel. If you have already paid, you get the full amount back.
Returns and exchanges
If a book has a printing fault, arrives damaged or is the wrong book, tell us within 3 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund you.
